Rules & Terms of Service
1. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.2. I own the rights to all of my work.
2.a) I do not allow my work to be used to train, test, or become data for A.I..
2.b) You may not sell my art, digitally or physically, as itself, altered, or as part of a larger body of work in any form.
2.c) I am allowed to post the finished commission on my social media and portfolio.
2.d) I am allowed to use Fanart commissions depicting characters from games, anime, etc. for commercial use.3. Client will receive the finished work in .PNG (or .JPEG if requested) with both watermark and without watermark through email or Google Drive depending on the file size. Reposting should only be done with the watermark file.6. A reference page/image or design sheet must be provided for original characters. Currently, I am not open to taking design commissions.4. I have the right to refuse a commission for whatever reason.5. Rude, aggresive behaviour or harassment will result with the cancellation of the commission. Client will receive the commission at its current stage and the second 50% if they have paid, but the 50% initial deposit will not be refunded.6. A request for refund at any stage will result in the cancellation of the commission.7. I do not take rushed commissions nor do I have a 'hard' deadline. I will keep you updated bi-weekly (if I can) on whether I have or have not been able to make progress.WILL DRAW

- I accept payments through PayPal. Should you agree to my service, please provide me information on how I may send an invoice.- An initial deposit of 50% NON-REFUNDABLE must be paid before I start on the commission.- I will send you a sketch (This is more about composition or nailing specific details about the character but the overall image won't be very polished.) at which you may make any alterations up to 3 times. Once the alterations have been agreed too, the final 50% must be paid before I begin the final product.-Upon the final product being ready, I will send a review file for any final revisions. You may request up to 3 minor revisions. (small changes that do not alter the entire artwork)-Once finished I will send you two full res .PNG files, one with watermark for posting and one personal file for you to use for personal use. You may also request the file in .JPEG if you wish..
